Al Falah Hospital which is a part of Al Falah School of Medical Sciences & Research Center is 650 Bedded Charitable hospital with free Consultation of Multi Speciality doctors & investigations at nominal prices.

The Hospital is equipped with state of Art facilities like MRI, CT Scan special Blood investigations. Hospital has its own laundry & CSSD Departments & RT PCR Lab which has been serving adjacent Districts of Faridabad since COVID times.

Al Falah Hospital is equipped with PSA Plant which is connected to central pipe line of the Hospital.

Al Falah School of Medical Sciences & Research Center got approval from NMC to admit the first Batch of MBBS in 2019.

Final year students passed in FEB 2024 & started their CRMI (Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship) from Ist March 2024.
